How Can lower Back Pain Along With Loss Of Appetite Be Treated?

I have had a headache with some dizziness since last Friday, eight days ago. I have also lost my appetite. I feel best to lay down and shut my eyes. At the same time I have a pain in my lower back on the left side. I have had kidney stones, but this does not feel as sharp and debilitating as a kidney stone. I have no energy. I am diabetic.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Various symptoms described are very general, can occur in any disease. Since you have mentioned that you are a diabetic, it is possible that above symptoms could be due to uncontrolled blood glucose levels. Ideally a well controlled diabetes should have fasting< 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg/100ml & HbA1c%<6.8. So please check your blood glucose levels and if those are not in the above mentioned range, then please try to bring them in the above range. If you adapt a modified healthy lifestyle, doing at least 1 hour plus exercise daily, taking balanced diet, giving calories based on your ideal body weight, then your appetite will also improve. Also check your lipid profile and BP. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.
